In 1997 our vision of establishing a cresote treatment plant in the Northern Zululand area was born. In 2000 our permit from SABS was granted, ensuring external quality control of our poles. We are a SAWPA member and all our poles are pressure treated to SABS 457 and SANS 1288 specification. We treat to both H3 and H4 standards. Situated in the heart of timber country, we are adjacent to rail and the N2 with the Richards Bay harbour in close proximity. We concentrate on supplying to our local area but have also exported to our neighbouring countries. In the past we have supplied cresote poles but we plan on supplying CCA by the end of 2024.
